I’m known for putting tahini on everything, and it’s true! It’s the ultimate food in my eyes, and one of my favourite snacks is sliced banana drizzled with tahini and cinnamon – try it! I decided to turn this go-to snack of mine into a breakfast smoothie by adding in some protein and almond milk and it tastes oh-so-good. What most people don’t know is that tahini is one of the best sources of calcium out there, especially if you are vegan. Give this Tahini Banana Bliss Smoothie a go.
