Nuvia is a brand of Universal Food Products Pty Ltd (ABN 92 607 897 101)

 

We, Universal Food Products Pty Ltd, manage this website and send out occasional round-ups of our favourite healthy recipes and nutritional writings to those who have subscribed to our mailing list. (We hate spam as much as you do and won’t bother you with lots of emails.)

We also conduct competitions, promotions, giveaways and surveys from time to time. Where you have given us your contact details – such as email address, telephone number, address and personal details, such as name and age – we will not disclose, sell or trade such information to third parties without your consent. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of such information. We will only use the information provided by you for promotions, surveys and giveaways of our own products such as Nuvia. You can opt out of our emails at any time.

Where third-party contractors are used by us to store and secure information relating to you, we will ensure that they take they take privacy, confidentiality and security as seriously as we do. However, the cybersecurity of other parties is not something that we can give a perfect assurance about. There is an element of risk involved in all elements of internet activity, so we cannot provide warranties in that regard.

We diligently fact check the information on our website to ensure to our best ability it is from credible resources. Please note that the original information that we post is not meant to be professional advice, such as medical or dietary advice.

Product Returns

We know you will love your nuvia sweetener products but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 7 day money back guarantee for any item purchased at full price. Please email us to hello@nuviaproducts.com within 7 days of receiving your goods and we will sort out any issues you may have. Goods must be received in the same condition as they were sent for the refund to be approved.

Please note: No refunds for any product bought on sale or using a discount code. These items are eligible for exchange only. Please contact us via email if you wish to exchange a sale item.

We will of course offer a full refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if you receive your purchase and the product is faulty.

Rest assured we have strict quality control practices and check every single purchase prior to shipment. However, should you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately via email to arrange either a replacement or refund.

In instances where you are seeking an exchange, we will happily exchange your original purchase so long as it is in the same condition and original packaging. Please contact us via email within 7 days of purchase if you are seeking an exchange.

Shipping arrangements and costs associated with returns and exchanges are at the customers expense.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping:
Your purchase will be actioned and processed within 24 business hours. In most cases, if you place your order before 11am (Mon-Fri) the order will be dispatched the very same day. During holidays and sale periods, this may extend to 24-48 hours.

Please be aware that during heavy discount sales using codes orders will be actioned in the order they are received and could therefore take up to 3 days to be processed, even with express shipping. This is due to the very large amount of sales we receive and our strict quality control processes. Please email us if you have an urgent order during these times.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and charge $20 for express shipping Australia wide. We also offer free standard domestic shipping for all orders over $100.

Upon shipment, customers will be notified via email with their tracking number.

It is imperative that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct delivery address as Universal Food Products are unable to take responsibility if you do not receive your order due to providing us with an incorrect mailing address.

All orders will be packed and sent with a Universal Food Products seal on the box. If this seal is broken, your item may have been tampered with. Please check carefully and advise us if this does occur although unfortunately we can not be responsible for tampering once it has been shipped.

International Shipping:
We offer International shipping (with tracking) worldwide through Australia Post. International shipping is a flat rate of $40.00 per order.

Your purchase will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note international delivery times from Australia can vary depending on destination country. Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your international order.
