A twist on a classic American campfire dessert. Chocolate, marshmallows, biscuits… delicious! This s’mores inspired smoothie bowl is perfect for a fun breakfast or an afternoon snack. Enjoy this chocolaty goodness!

S'MORES SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 3 tsp Nuvia Drinking Chocolate
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 2 graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp mini sugar free marshmellows
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

METHOD

  • 1. Place banana, milk, yoghurt and Nuvia Drinking Chocolate in a food processor or high speed blender.
  • 2. Blend on high for 1-2 min until smooth and creamy.
  • 3. Pour into a bowl and top with crumbled graham crackers, mini sugar free marshmallows and choc chips.
  • 4. For the extra s’mores flavour, toast the marshmallows under an oven grill for 20 seconds.
