A super simple recipe that is perfect for breakfast, brunch or as a healthy dessert in the sunshine. This acai bowl (don’t worry, we can’t pronounce it either…) will take you back to your favourite beachside holiday.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 acai sachet (or a tablespoon of frozen acai)
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1½ tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Nuvia sweetener
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • 200-300ml coconut water

METHOD

  • 1. In a blender or food processor add the acai sachet, nuts, fruit and all other ingredients.
  • 2. Blend until you have a thick delicious smoothie/bowl.
  • 3. Garnish the bowl with extra fruit, seeds and nuts.
 

NOTE

Depending on the size of your banana you may need a little extra coco water.
