3-INGREDIENT ICED MATCHA

April 3, 2018

This delish drink is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up to replace your coffee. Matcha powder is made from ground up green tea leaves and is exceptionally high in EGCG – a powerful antioxidant that has been shown to boost your immune system and help with weight loss. While we know everyone loves coffee, matcha contains the amino acid L-Theanine, which slows the release of caffeine and has a calming, relaxing effect – giving you a sustained release of energy. Matcha can be a little strong in flavour so a little sugar-free sweetness from Nuvia Sweetener makes the perfect refreshing beverage!
